"Wendy's Employee, Wendy's Employee."
―Wendy's Employee[src]

"The Employee is a part of a long running family of workers. Whether it's fast food or department stores, you can always count on them being the chipper and happy-go-lucky murder suspect they are today."
―The Employee's card in CLUE®: Scott The Woz Edition

Wendy's Employee (also referred to as The Employee) was a reccuring character in the Scott The Woz series. As his name suggests, he was a employee at the fast food chain Wendy's, working as a cook. Wendy's Employee served as a light character in the cast, often taking the positives of situations or morally guiding other characters (primarily Scott Wozniak), and is also said to have been a good worker. Having made his debut in A Very Madden 08 Christmas, Wendy's Employee would become a reccuring character of the series, before being killed off and replaced by his brother. He is played by Dominic Mattero.

In his debut, Wendy's Employee is vital to the conclusion of the main plot, as he convinces Scott to accept other preferences of Madden NFL games, ultimately causing Scott to make amends with the V.A.G. Though he doesn't appear in season 2, his advice to Scott stuck, as seen in the season finale, It's Awesome Baby! Wendy's Employee made his first returning appearance in Homecoming as a funneral planner, and would also make a more significant appearance in The Great Mysteries of Gaming, in which he was be killed by Steel Wool, but managed to recover, causing him to be invited to a gala for murder victims. Shortly after serving as the sole juror on his murderer's trial, Wendy's Employee was invited to a "pumpkin Halloween" party by Scott. The party ended up going south, and Wendy's Employee died to blood loss after being stabbed in the leg by a possessed memory card; unlike his prior death, Wendy's Employee could not recover from this, and he become permanently dead.

After his death, Wendy's Employee's role in the Scott The Woz cast was replaced by his brother, Target Employee, who has mentioned the deceased employee on numerous occassions since his death. During the season after his death, Wendy's Employee was officially mourned in the episode The Funeral, in which his corpse can be seen, marking his final physical appearance in the series.

Personality[]

Wendy's Employee was very level-headed and willing to help anyone, including Scott Wozniak. However, he knew what was right from what was wrong.

In Scott The Woz[]

Season 1[]

In A Very Madden 08 Christmas[]

Scott Wozniak first meets Wendy's Employee when he stumbles into a Target, Scott asks him where the Madden isle is and he tells him where to go. Scott mistakes him for a Target employee that knows what they're doing.

Wendy's Employee reappears at Scott's house, later on, to tell him that he should accept that other people can like different versions of Madden NFL, confessing that he himself is a fan of Madden 13, this causes Scott to apologize to the Vegans Anonymous Gathering.

Season 2[]

Influence in It's Awesome Baby![]

While Wendy's Employee doesn't appear himself in It's Awesome Baby!, Scott still understands his message and can somewhat accept that people can like Maddens outside of the 19th entry. Scott teaches his message to the Supreme Leader with the help of a Wendy's Employee from another reality.

Season 3[]

In Homecoming[]

He is seen not as a Wendy's Employee but as an official funeral planner hired by Scott to be a homecoming planner. He is seen for the rest of the episode giving Scott ideas and being the one to suggest spiking everything with alcohol. After the Chaperone destroys a beer he lectures him to be all for drugs, sex, and alcohol, this backfires as the Chaperone continues to destroy things and no attendants partake. Wendy's Employee is last seen telling Scott the coffin arrived, the homecoming is then shut down.[3][4]

In The Great Mysteries of Gaming[]

Wendy's Employee is one the guests invited to Chet Shaft's dinner party, his connection to Chet Shaft being that he stole a Baconator once, presumably at the Wendy's he works at. Shaft thanks him for his continued service at being a Wendy's Employee.

When Chet Shaft is killed, he calls 911 to get help but ends up asking them to pick up something from his house. Wendy's Employee splits up with Scott and Steel Wool to try to find clues of who the murderer could be. While they regroup in a bathroom, Wendy's Employee counts everyone's present only to find Rex Mohs dead near a toilet.

Scott Wozniak and Wendy's Employee enter a hallway and while walking, Wendy's Employee is killed by who is revealed to be Steel Wool. He, along with everyone else who got "murdered", were treated in a hospital.

In It's a Bargain Bin Christmas[]

Wendy's Employee, along with Rex Mohs, Jeb Jab, and Terry Lesler, is a murderee during the gala held in support of the Foundation for Recent Murderees. After a while at the gala, Scott Wozniak, the organizer of the gala, gives gifts to the murderees, which they all (including Wendy's Employee) show disappreciation for. Shortly after, Mohs experiences overhydration due to drinking to many mini bottles of Ice Mountain water, which Wendy's Employee (along with the other murderees) help him with, however, Wozniak leaves the gala building. During Wozniak's absence, Wendy's Employee and the other murderees discuss how the gifts may not have been as bad as they initially assumed and later when Wozniak returns, he's given two copies of Madden NFL 08, one for the Macintosh and one for the PlayStation Portable, with the Macintosh copy being handed to Wozniak by Wendy's Employee, and a copy of EA Sports 08 Collection, by the recent murderees.

Season 4[]

In The Trial[]

Wendy's Employee arrives at New Location McGee to the discuss the lawsuit against Steel Wool along with Scott , Jeb Jab, Terry Lesler, and Rex Mohs. After a carpool, they (along with Steel Wool) arrive at the courthouse, named The Litigation Station. Throughout the case, Wendy's Employee primarily acts as the jury.

During Mohs' cross-examination, Wendy's Employee is asked by Steel Wool's defense attorney, Liza Lotts, to identify a picture of Steel Wool's gun, which Wendy's Employee semi-correctly identifies as a photo.

After Mohs' cross-examination, Wendy's Employee is called to the stand by Lotts. After asking Wendy's Employee details about his profession, Lotts realizes that if Wendy's Employee had work the next day, it would, in her opinion, make it difficult for him to be murdered. Wendy's Employee objects and says that he didn't have work the day following the Shaft Family Estate's Dinner Party. After his objection, Wendy's Employee runs back to the jury, however, he shortly after returns to the stand. Lotts then asks Wendy's Employee if Steel Wool murdered a dozen people, which Wendy's Employee responds to by saying that while he did murder people, it wasn't a dozen. After the question, Wendy's Employee returns to the jury.

Wendy's Employee later helps pass a letter to Steel Wool threating him into confessing. The threat letter works and Steel Wool admits to murdering Wendy's Employee, Mohs, Jab, and Lesler. In response to the confession, the unnamed presiding judge sentences Steel Wool to death.

In Memory Cards[]

After being invited and arriving at Scott Wozniak's Halloween and pumpkin party, Wendy's Employee is asked if he brought pumpkins. Wendy's Employee said that he wasn't aware that he was supposed to bring pumpkins. However, after checking his pockets, Wendy's Employee realizes that he did have pumpkins on him. Shortly after, Wendy's Employee is questioned about his costume. Wendy's Employee said that he was originally thinking of going as a person, however, he realized that multiple people would be going as a person, so instead he went as a Wendy's employee.

When talking about memory cards, Wozniak suggests that they should check the data on pre-owned memory cards Wozniak had bought, which they do. Upon checking two Nintendo GameCube memory cards, the attendees of the party find out that they have the same contents, which they find "odd". They then check another memory card, where they find save data from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. Upon opening the save data, they find that the first save file inside the game is named "hELP", which Wozniak thought could be a code for the name Jim. They proceed to check another Nintendo GameCube memory card, and once they open it, they found out it has 15 and possibly more saves of Vivarium's 2006 game Odama.

After checking the 4th memory card, Rex Mohs suggests they leave New Location McGee, which all other attendees agree with. Upon attempting to leave, the door closes and locks, which Wozniak believed was due to a rat.

After finding out that memory card support was removed in later models of the Xbox 360, the attendees run into Wozniak's room while screaming. After discussing what to do, a memory card is stabbed into Wendy's Employee's leg. After exclaiming that he needs his legs for leg day, Wendy's Employee's hand starts to bleed and he dies.

Season 5[]

Influence in Gaming Revivals[]

Although Wendy's Employee doesn't appear in this episode because he is still dead, his brother, Target Employee still misses him and suggests that Rex should revive Wendy's Employee because of his new necromancing abilities. Unfortunately, Rex can only revive a random person and in attempt to revive someone he revives Steel Wool and another unnamed ghost, later revealed to be Chet Shaft.

In The Funeral[]

This episode takes place during Wendy's Employee's funeral, and Wendy's Employee can be seen laying inside his coffin dead, until he is replaced by Rex Mohs, his body is presumably buried later at Fleeting Smiles Cemetery.
