Larry Tesler is a character in the short film The Internet and You.

In The Internet and You

Tesler first appears in the short film to explain how Copy Paste Repeat name isn't related to his past.

Later While the gang is exploring the Deep Web, Copy Paste Repeat decides to visit a prison in where he find Tesler behind one of the bars. The reason he got arrested was that nobody was appreciating his ability to copy and paste and, after saying his name too much in public areas, was finally put under arrest.

Just like everyone else, Tesler is killed in the explosion set by Mr. Bandwidth.

Connections to Terry Lesler

Despite looking the same and having similarities in their names, there is no actual evidence link Larry Tesler to the character in the Scott The Woz series, Terry Lesler. It's possible they could've been relatives, but it's not yet confirmed or denied.
