James "Duncan" Rolfe is an American voice actor who voiced James Rolfe Voiceover in It's a Bargain Bin Christmas. Outside of the Scott The Woz series he's known for being the Angry Video Game Nerd in the series with the same name as well as running the Cinemassacre YouTube channel.

In the video, Rolfe portrays James Rolfe Voiceover. Many believed that he was playing himself, however, there is no confirmation of the theory. His lines were recorded after TooManyGames 2019.[1]
On May 20, 2020, Scott Wozniak described working with Rolfe as one of the "coolest moments of working on [his] YouTube channel".[1]
