Plot[]

The video begins with Scott tuning into one of his favorite sitcoms, The Sh*t Givers. Scott, hearing the show's name, is reminded that he needs to start "giving a sh*t more", specifically with his physical health, as he mentions how he's started cutting fast food out of his diet and working out more often. Scott gained this realization after throwing a bunch of pop-its that lead him to an LA Fitness gym. Instead of signing up for a membership there, Wozniak decides to use fitness-related video games instead to get a work out, he then covers several fitness games released for the Nintendo Wii and Xbox Kinect.

When Scott gets to EA Active 2 for the Wii, he quickly realizes the copy he bought didn't come with the heart rate monitor for the game, which ends up making it unplayable, Scott then proceeds to bury his copy of the game in a ditch. Later, when Scott covers NBA Baller Beats for the Kinect, he uses a watermelon as a replacement for the intended basket ball to play the game with.

Scott ends the video by saying how despite some flaws, most the fitness games he covered are pretty good for what the are. However, he claims that they would be way better with a "real man's controller". The video then cuts to Scott playing the soccer minigame in Wii Fit with a standard games controller.

Scott Wozniak: Hey all, Scott here! And you caught me just tuning in to my favorite '50s sitcom.

[a TV showcasing Scott Wozniak's favorite '50s sitcom is showcased]

TV Announcer: It's The Sh*t Givers!

Scott Wozniak: Yup, that's not me! I really need to take a page out of the Sh*t Givers book and start giving a sh*t more. I want to be better than everyone else, so I decided to cut out fast food and to exercise more. Weirdly enough, it turned out the parking lot I was throwing Pop-Its in was to a gym.

(Shows Scott throwing Pop-Its outside of a large building with white letters on it spelling "LA Fitness")

Scott: But then, right before I was about to sign up for a 1-Month All Inclusive Free Trial, I decided I WOULDN'T waste all my money and bring the gym to ME in the form of fitness-related video games. These games were incredibly prominent in the 7th Generation of game consoles with the popularity of the Wii and the Connect. First off-

(Shows him holding a copy of Wii Fit and a copy of Wii Fit Plus)

Scott: -we have to talk about Wii Fit. We're just gonna take a look at Wii Fit Plus. It's the same as Wii Fit, but with more content added.

(Shows his feet standing on the Wii Balance Board)

Scott: All Wii Fit games require the use of the Wii Balance Board, which is an accessory that can measures your balance and weight. The Wii Fit games' popularized this accessory in various other games supported on the Wii.

(Shows the game boot up with a sentient Wii Balance Board on screen with a textbox next to it saying "Good evening! Relaxing at the end of a long day... There's nothing quite like it!". It then cuts to Scott standing up, who then looks at camera)

Scott: Well, I have the certain urge to make a DeviantArt account.

(Shows gameplay of Wii Fit Plus as Scott talks)

Scott: It's been a good long while since I last time got on Wii Fit Plus. Let's do a bit of a body test to get back on track.

(Shows the Wii Balance Board on screen)

Scott: Oh, my center of balance is gross and "use your abs"? What the hell does that mean? And now I get to see my BMI results.

(Shows the BMI Test Screen and it shows a fat and chubby Mii with the rank "Obese". It then cuts to Scott, who looks down at his body stature and then the camera)

Scott: Well, guilty as charged!
